The effect of the moss, is my favorite part of this painting. Before I begin a painting, I prefer to coat a thin layer of white paint on my canvas so that colors don't look saturated. The effect of moss is achieved by repeated layering of paint, starting from the dark colors and lighter colors on top of the dark color. I loved working on this painting! Simple yet Elegant. This painting requires only 4 colors- brown, blue, green and black. The effect of the wings and the tree truck is from layering brown paint on wet light brown color Medium- water colors Size- 10*10 Time- 4 hours
